Getting a quote

What is Pricient?

Pricient turns a plain-language description of a software project into a specification, wireframes, a "Not in this release" list and a three-tier itemized quote. It is the quoting product of IOanyT Innovations.

What do I get before I pay anything?

Readable requirements, wireframes of every screen, a scope summary, the list of what is not included with backlog prices, the assumptions register and a three-tier itemized price. That set is enough to decide with; the build-grade files arrive on signature.

Do I have to get on a sales call?

No signature and no call are needed to get a quote. The self-serve intake is being finished; until it opens, a person runs it with you by email — the same questions, the same documents and the same price lock.

Do I need a company email or website?

A business email unlocks the full quote. Founders without a company website yet can use a personal email, and receive exactly the same documents.

Is the quote checked by a person?

Yes. Today every specification and quote is reviewed by a person before it is sent.

Price and scope

How much does it cost?

A launch-ready MVP starts from $7,500, fixed once your spec is agreed. Every other project gets a three-tier itemized quote — lean, standard and premium — with a blended total on every line instead of a rate card.

More on this →

Is the price fixed?

Where the scope is firm, the price is fixed. Where it is not, the quote says so in writing, before you sign. A quote is locked for 14 days from the moment it is issued.

What is the "Not in this release" list?

Every quote ships with a second list of the adjacent features that usually ride along unspoken — password reset, notifications, a second language. Each carries a backlog price, so adding one later is a number rather than a negotiation. The quote is defined by both lists.

What happens if the requirements change?

Every estimate rests on written assumptions. If one turns out to be wrong, that is a pre-agreed trigger to re-quote, not an argument. A change you ask for is priced before you approve it — never discovered in an invoice.

Are QA and security extra?

No. Test coverage of 80% or better, a security review and dependency scanning are visible lines in every tier. They are never what a smaller tier removes.

Will you make us HIPAA, SOC 2 or GDPR compliant?

No vendor can. We spot the framework that applies, carry it in the quote, and produce the evidence an auditor asks for as the work is done. The audit itself stays independent — we never self-certify.

More on this →

Can I take the specification to another vendor?

Yes. The Portable Spec Pack is the build-grade version of your documents, licensed to use with any vendor or your own team. If you build with IOanyT, its full cost is credited against the engagement.

3 · FAQ

Your code and data

What happens to code I share?

We take read-only access and never commit to your repository. Every access is logged, any secrets we find are redacted in our reports and reported to you, and access is removed and our copy deleted within 30 days of the evaluation ending, unless we engage.

Is my code or idea used to train AI?

No. Your code is never used to train anything, and your idea and business data remain yours and confidential.

4 · FAQ

The lanes

Can you take a Lovable, Bolt or v0 app to production?

Yes — that is prototype rescue. Your prototype becomes the requirements document: its screens, flows and decisions are read rather than described again. A launch-ready MVP starts from $7,500, fixed once your spec is agreed.

Our AI pilot stalled. Can you help?

A stalled Copilot, Agentforce, Bedrock or RAG pilot starts with a gap list before anyone quotes a build, then IOanyT's Proof Sprint: one workflow compiled and measured in three to four weeks, at a fixed price agreed at scoping. This lane is quoted by a person today.

Can you modernize a VB6, Delphi, AngularJS, PHP 5 or Java 8 system?

Yes, module by module — never big-bang — with feature parity proven and billing per accepted module. It starts with a Modernization Assessment, credited toward the build and taken by enquiry for now.
