What this site collects, and why.
Short, because the site collects very little. Everything below describes what happens today — not what a future version might do.

1 · Who we are
The data fiduciary
pricient.ai is operated by IOanyT Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U72501UP2018PTC103434), BSI Business Park, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Pricient is IOanyT's quoting product. In this policy, "we" means IOanyT.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary; under the EU and UK GDPR, the controller.
2 · What we collect
Four things, and nothing you type
Pages you visit and how you arrived
Page address, referring page, approximate location (country and city, derived by Google from your IP address — the address itself is not stored in our analytics), device, browser and language.

Four interactions
Clicking "Start your spec", clicking an email link, tapping a starter example, and submitting the "describe your project" box — for that one we record only how many characters you typed, never the words.

An analytics cookie
Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_YJPEQYDKK8 to tell a returning visit from a new one. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get no analytics cookie — only cookieless measurement.

What you send us by email

3 · What we do not do
Not in this release
Any change to this list is a change to this policy — dated, and published before it takes effect.
- We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
- The text you type into the "describe your project" box stays in your browser and your own email program. It is not sent to us unless you choose to email it, and it is removed from every address our analytics sees.
- We have not switched on access logging at our hosting provider.
4 · Why we may
The basis for each use
Email you send us: you give it to us to get a reply and, if you want one, a specification and quote. We use it for that, and to keep a record of what we agreed.
Analytics: in India and most countries, measurement runs by default and you can stop it at any time (section 7). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, no analytics cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device; GA4 receives only cookieless signals it uses for aggregate statistics.
5 · Your project and your code
Confidential, by commitment
A project description you send us is confidential. If you share source code, we take read-only access, every access is logged, secrets we find are redacted and reported to you, your code is never used to train anything, and our copy is deleted within 30 days of the evaluation ending unless we engage.
We keep de-identified learning — which questions turned out to matter, which checklists caught gaps, whether our estimate matched delivery. We never keep, reuse or repurpose your idea or your specification.
6 · Who else sees it, and for how long

Because some providers operate outside India, your data may be processed in other countries, including the United States. Where the GDPR applies, those transfers rely on the safeguards in the providers' data-processing terms.
Analytics: event-level data is kept for 2 months, then only aggregated reports remain. Email: kept while the conversation or engagement is active and as long as we need a record of it — and deleted earlier if you ask. Code: deleted within 30 days of the evaluation ending, unless we engage.
7 · Your rights
Ask, correct, erase, object
Everyone
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent, and — under the DPDP Act — nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email the Grievance Officer below. We reply within 30 days.
EEA and UK visitors
You also have the rights to restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Stop analytics now
Block cookies for pricient.ai in your browser, or install Google's analytics opt-out add-on. Most analytics data cannot be tied back to you, so for that data we may not be able to find anything to return or erase.
8 · Contact and grievances

If we have not resolved a grievance, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India once that route is available to you under the DPDP Act.
9 · Changes
Updated before anything new is collected
Pricient's conversational intake — which will ask for your email and your project details on this site — is not live yet. This policy will be updated to describe it before it collects anything. Material changes are dated at the top.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process a child's data.
