Advisory · Workflow Diagnostic
Decide what to automate before anyone builds it.
Two to three weeks. You find out which of your workflows should run as fixed rules in code, which should keep an AI model, and which shouldn’t be automated at all, with the reasons. Delivered by IOanyT.
No call needed. A person reads your answers and sends the quote to you privately.

You leave with
Six things, written down and yours
Workflow triage
For each workflow: run it as fixed rules in code, keep it on an AI model, or don’t automate it, with the reasons.
Policy-to-rules map
The decision logic in your policies and procedures, written down, with contradictions found and resolved.
Evidence gap list
What your auditors, regulators and partners will ask for that you can’t show yet.
Cost per case
What a case costs today against projected, with an honest view of where it won’t pay off.
100-rerun consistency test
Your current pilot run on the same cases again and again, so you can see how often its answer changes.
Change plan
Who in operations, compliance and IT does what, so the new way of working is trusted and run.

Short answers are fine. If something is unclear we ask before we quote, by email.

Independent advice
The Diagnostic may recommend not automating, or another firm or tool. We take no referral fees on model or platform recommendations.
Consistency is not correctness
A system that gives the same answer every time can give the same wrong answer every time. The 100-rerun test shows consistency; accuracy against your own experts is reported next to it.
Afterwards
Go on to a Proof Sprint, or stop
The Diagnostic picks the workflow worth proving first. The next step is a Proof Sprint on that workflow, quoted from the Diagnostic’s findings. Or you stop there. The findings are yours either way.
Not sure you need a Diagnostic yet? IOanyT’s free Reliability Review is a 60–90 minute conversation about one pilot or one workflow.
